We here at BBR like to think of ourselves as having international tastes with otherworldly palettes. No? Perhaps this episode on Japanese sakes will change your mind! As is our tradition when we do our first show on a certain category of alcohol, we like to do an educational portion that covers some FAQ’s, history, and what the true definition of that liquid is. Sometimes Nox can run a little long on this part, but he keeps it a little more brief in his quest for knowledge of this fermented brew.
