The BBR crew sat down with Jordan Everaert, owner and head brewer/distiller over at Bismarck Brewing, to chat about how he got started brewing, the history behind BB, and what he has planned next!
Of course we sampled some brews and chatted them up a bit! We drank Red, White, & Brady’s Wheat Ale, the Crosstown Brewdown Shandy offering which was a Watermelon Shandy made with their Helles Lager, Cranberry Blood Orange Khimara Kettle Sour, Dazy Double Dry Hopped NEIPA, Liquid Lunch Scottish Ale, and Pain Perdu French Toast Imperial Stout.
