Welcome back to part 2 of our Junkyard Brewing company taproom takeover. During part two, we continue some conversations with Aaron about how to pour a crowler, thoughts on peanut butter beer, the new culture of families coming to the taprooms, and speak about ‘beer snobs’ and defining roles in the brewery business.
We sample, review, and rate a whole lot of beers on tap there, including Midnight Spider, Swimming in Chaos, Experimental Sour w/Pomegranate, cherry, and lemon zest. There’s also Terminal Delight Strawberry Banana Cream Soda Sour, Ice Auger Lager, Steamin’ Greens, and Top Gorilla.
