Ep. 39 – Wild Terra Taproom Takeover part 2
In part Deux of our series at Wild Terra, we chat with Josiah, the Kitchen Manager and Chef, about the menu and some of it’s items. Ethan tells us about one of his mistakes while brewing, his thoughts on wild fermentation versus yeast fermentation, and we get the lowdown on what is with all those tapes in the bathrooms!
The BBR crew samples some very unique ciders in this session. First up, we finish out the ciders that WT made themselves with the last of their Experimental Honey Cider. We follow that up with Guzman Riestra “Sidre Brut Nature”, Viuda de Angelon’s “1947” Sidra, and Blake’s Amshire Ice Cider.
